We hope you love your Spiraliens artwork. Each piece is created with deep care and intention, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Because our pieces are original or made to order in small batches, we do not offer full refunds unless the item arrives damaged. However, we do provide limited return options to ensure fairness and transparency.
Returns & Exchanges
- Originals & Limited Editions: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days with clear photos if there is an issue.
- Prints & Small Items: If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return undamaged prints within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Please email us before returning your item.
- Framed Works: Due to the fragile nature and high cost of shipping, framed artworks are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item arrives damaged or defective: Spiraliens will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- If you’re returning an undamaged item (e.g. change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
